This V1 notice explains the limited personal information collected through the AstraValve website and how it is used to respond to engineering inquiries. It should be reviewed by legal counsel before public launch.
Information we collect
The inquiry form asks for your name, organisation, business contact details, application context, and the technical information you choose to provide. The website does not currently accept file uploads.
Why we use it
Information is used to review your request, ask relevant technical questions, assess whether AstraValve can support the application, and prepare an appropriate next step. It is not sold or used for unrelated advertising.
Technical and confidential information
Do not submit export-controlled, classified, or highly confidential design information through the public form. AstraValve can arrange an appropriate controlled exchange after initial contact.
Service providers and retention
When configured, inquiry email delivery is processed by AstraValve’s contracted email provider. Information should be retained only as long as needed for the inquiry, legal obligations, or an established business relationship. Final retention periods and processor terms must be confirmed before launch.
Your choices
You may ask to access, correct, or delete inquiry information subject to applicable law and legitimate record-keeping requirements. Contact contact@astravalve.space.
Controller and updates
AstraValve is the controller for website inquiry data. Company registration details, a postal contact address, final legal bases, and an effective date must be added after legal review.
